Ms. Laura was there with me since i started laying the foundation for the refinancing of my mortgage, until the application got turned in. Kaylie, at the Hendersonville branch, was a jewel. I was trying to locate proof of having received dispersements from 2 lost investment accounts dating back to 2012. I had a clue where to look, but Kaylie patiently not only found them on old statements, but noted each one on paper so I could show my financial planner, proving receipt by ACH deposit. Luckily they weren't busy at that ^ took atleast 45 minutes of digging in back statements. She was pleasant, patient,and saved the day! Thank you, Kaylie, SO much! (another reason I have had accounts with ECU/CFCU since 1973!)

She took the time to explain to me the different processes, so that I can better understand my loan, and how it all works. I will always call to Request to speak with her because it has not always been the case that I receive great service when calling corner stone, and she has taken the sour taste out of my mouth. She is fantastic at her job/customer service! Especially, Letecia Wilkerson the branch manager at 1701 21st Ave. S. I recently found myself needing to make some changes in my financial situation. I had Ms. Wilkerson's contact info from my last car loan with them and I reached out. In 1 weeks time and a lot of hand holding. I am going to save money monthly, not to mention thousands overall. Cornerstone not only financed my new car, but also took a look at my credit report and called me to discuss my high interest rate credit cards. Brantly Goss offered me an opportunity to consolidate my 11 credit cards into one very affordable payment! I now have the most wonderful working relationship with Cornerstone. She set me up with a savings account, checking account, and my new low-interest rate credit card. I am saving so much money now in interest fees! I appreciate the personal service...and flexibility. A couple of times whether bank overdrafts or needing a late minute auto loan, they have gone above and beyond to meet our needs.

7/01/17 (Raised my rating from 1 star) They addressed the outside deposit box right away. 4/03/2017 I found no security deposit envelopes anywhere outside. I had to place my cash deposit in a Ziploc bag and deposited in their depository. Now that's not good service at all. I am unable to come to bank during their open hours.
