Jennifer at the Dickson branch blessed me today! My water heater was leaking very bad. When I called to try to up my line of credit she was instantly on top of it! As she went the proper channels, she told me she would email the documents. She did. I signed them. She called a bit later and said how do you need your money. Checking please! And done! They are installing my new water heater. Soon to be done! Thank you for my blessing today Jennifer. You and Cornerstone came through for me! Between my husband and me, we have had multiple decades with Cornerstone, I don’t plan to change!

I reached out to Cornerstone about an auto refinance after using a local dealership for a purchase on a whim. The online application was easy & Cornerstone had an answer within a couple of hours. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the process so easy (while securing a lower interest rate). 10/10. I will continue to use Cornerstone for all of my banking needs!!

CFCU of Dickson is the best. I have had great experiences with my accounts and loans. I just recently got a loan and Jennifer Leathers helped me with everything. The process was very easy and went smooth. Jennifer was so very kind and helpful. This was by far the best experience I have had with a loan and with a bank personally! We've been with this bank for many many years now and we have never had a problem at all and if we ever had a little issue it was resolved very quickly. The staff there is very polite and courteous . I joined Cornerstone Financial after I settled in Burns. I am very happy I did so. I left a "big bank" because of repeated, disappointing customer service. Cornerstone is night and day. They are always friendly, which I expect. But the few times I need to walk in I end up learning something new, like having my utility bills paid through them rather than having to drive to each utility once a month to deliver a check. Super convenient! I would recommend to anyone to join this credit union.

I highly recommend Cornerstone Financial. The team here is super friendly and they treat everyone with the same great customer service. If you are a.member they have a free notary service which came in very helpful for me the other day. Also this may be a silly thing but I really appreciate the easy access to the bathroom here. Most banks no longer even let customers use their restroom facilities and when you are on your way back home from work in Nashville to your house in Dickson and need to stop at your financial institution, it is an added perk to me not to be denied the use of a bathroom. Thank you Cornerstone!
