I recently cosigned on a vehicle loan for my daughter. I spoke to Angie (Franklin assistant manager) on the phone about it on Monday morning and a check was ready in just a few days. Angie was prompt, professional, and delightful to work with. In a time where it is almost impossible to work with a human being in customer service, Cornerstone financial is refreshing. The website stream lines the process quickly, and you always have someone that you can speak on the phone with quickly if needed. Angie was impressively fast with email response and I can’t speak more highly of my experience with Angie and Cornerstone.

I started dealing with Cornerstone about 4 years ago and it was the best decision I've ever made. I was very fortunate to have Stacy McCleese answer my email when I first applied to get a new truck there because credit unions are known for better apr rates and ever since that day i refuse to deal with any other person than Stacy. I'll be honest I have a obsession with fast cars and new trucks so i keep her busy and she amazes me time after time. She was originally in the Dickson Branch and when she was promoted and moved to the Franklin branch i told her she couldn't get rid of me that easily, yep you guessed it, I went with her. She literally cares and looks out for me as she would anyone, just recently she save me from buying a Corvette with a sketchy title that I wasn't aware of. Love Stacie McCleese and all of the gang at the Franklin Cornerstone Credit Union branch. I am in there several times per month and everyone is great and always very helpful. Most recently, Stacie helped to facilitate a short-term loan I needed while waiting on clients to pay invoices and this again reinforced something I truly believe - that everything is just easier at a credit union and in particular at Cornerstone.
