She really listened to what I needed and did not take a broiler plate approach to opening my account. Every time I walk into the credit union, the staff is terrific! Always professional and friendly. Absolutely love this branch! My husband and I usually deal with the manager, Kristi directly and she is absolutely the best! Always there to answer financial questions and help with all of our financial business. Recently, she was out and Johanna stepped right up and got our loan completed within a couple hours of speaking to us! The tellers up front are always very kind and helpful as well!

We applied for a car loan and they were very helpful and friendly. The interest rates were fair and the terms were fair to anything we found in the market. They were always receptive to our immediate needs and was able to schedule closings the next day. The one complaint is the way their home office has the phones being answered at a call center then routed to a voice mail instead of a live person at the branch. Very frustrating in this day of personal service.

2nd time I apply for a loan and don't get a call even though the website tells you that they'll call within 4 hours. When I called back the 1st time the woman was rude did not want to explain why I was denied and just gave me a quick answer to get me off the phone. this is the 1st credit union im with I thought it was suppose to be exceptional customer service????? ill be closing my saving acct with them and going else where... 8/21/18 updating my review. now when i walk in i feel more welcomed also i get quick responses callbacks and followups on my loans. love it so much ive opened a checking account lol

I switched all of my accounts to Cornerstone about five years ago and have never regretted it. The staff are friendly and I always get to talk to a person when I call. I highly recommend CFCU!
